Constraints

The Centre is faced with a fundamental constraint by way of inconsistent and inadequate funding. The problems created by the paucity of funds have dovetailed into others, the most serious of which is lack of adequate and befitting office accommodation.

It is instructive to state that since its inception, the Centre has been located at the National Theatre. It is as a result of the above that the Centre has decided to solicit for assistance in the:

(1 ) Funding of projects and programmes.

(2) Development of a permanent Centre/Office Complex.
