1. All participants must creatively interpret the Theme "Africanice" in a Mural format with a brief summary of the piece submitted.

2. The designated Medium must be Painting presentation, in either,
Poster Colour
Acrylic
Water Colour
Pastel

3. The Size should be not more than A2 (42/59.4CM)

4. Entries along with forms are to be submitted to the CBAAC Exhibition & Museum Division National Theatre Iganmu Lagos on or before 7th November, 2008.

A coloured passport size photograph must also be attached to the form with your name, and signature written at the back of the photograph.

Section 3: Terms & Conditions

1. All submitted works will be kept in the possession of CBAAC and used for subsequent usage/ Exhibitions with the collaboration and permission of the Artist.

2. Winning Artist must sign a contract which stipulates all post-competition terms and conditions.

3. Cost for execution of Mural design will be subject to negotiation /regulatory approval and assessment.

4. Winning Artist will be responsible for the execution of the design on the building.

5. Winning Artist is expected to summarize the mode of operations, execution process, time frame for completion, break down of materials and costs.

6. CBAAC reserves the right to adorn the building with the winning artwork and subsequent uses.

7. CBAAC reserves the right to keep in its possession the original layout/template of the winning design

8. All art material presented for actual building, will be meticulously assessed by CBAAC's independent Art Body

9. 50% of Prize/contract money will be issued as an up front payment; the outstanding balance will be paid upon completion of the contract.
