SOME OF OUR RECENT ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
* The tour of media Houses to re-introduce CBAAC
* Re-Introduction of CBAAC to the state and Local Governments through letters and allied correspondences to state Governors.
* Similar letters were also written to Higher Institutions of hearing Organizations, and corporate bodies.
* We have received in addition to commendation, requests for collaboration and expression of willingness for sponsorship from some of our new contacts.
* We have added an additional Unit - Training Unit- to the existing units priortoAugust2006.
* Some members of staff were sponsored on seminars and training to enhance performance and productivity.
* The Centre successfully organized an International Symposium in Trinidad and Tobago (7th-11th November, 2006) pursuant to the effective discharge of its Pan-African mandate.
* The Centre just recently secured a permanent office accommodation in the heart of Lagos .
* We successfully conducted an In-House Training for all CBAAC staff (27th-28th of November, 2006) and we hope to sustain this trend.
* We collaborated with NAN TAP to mark the World AIDs day with a celebrated stage performance
* We have added colour to our annual children Cultural Festival with the successful record-breaking celebration of the 2006 edition held at the National Theatre on the 13th of December 2006.
* Indeed our last public lecture titled; "Can Our Culture Help to Combat corruption?", Held at the NIIA, Victoria Island Lagos on the 21st .of December 2006; was specifically tailored to complement the Federal Government's efforts towards the eradication of the vices of corruption through the Instrumentality of culture.
* The African Rock Arts (TARA) Methodology Worship in Kenya (January 2007) had the centre's Director/Chief/Executive as the Co-Chairman.
* Celebration of this year (2007) edition of the renowned Black History Month in a grand style.
